In my opinion, Club de Golf Son Servera is one of those courses that fits perfectly into a golf holiday in eastern Mallorca. This Par 72 course is located in Costa de los Pinos and winds its way through a typically Mediterranean landscape of pine trees, oaks, olive trees and carob trees. The relatively generous fairways make the course fair, but there are still plenty of opportunities for a poor decision to cost you a few shots.

One of the things I particularly like about Son Servera is its atmosphere. The club has been around since 1967 and has retained much of its traditional character. There are also beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. Son Servera is only a short drive from the Pula Suites Boutique Resort, making it ideal for a relaxed day of golf without lengthy transfers.

1 Green Fee at Canyamel Golf – a Sporting Challenge to Complete the Trip

Canyamel Golf provides another highly enjoyable golfing experience in north-eastern Mallorca. The 18-hole course measures 6,198 metres and plays to a Par 73, offering a challenging but fair test of golf. That sums up its character rather well: controlling your ball is important, and taking the driver out of the bag on every tee is not always the best strategy.

The Mediterranean surroundings also make Canyamel one of the most scenic rounds of this golf trip. There are excellent practice facilities, including a driving range as well as pitching and putting areas. After your round, it is well worth stopping on the panoramic clubhouse terrace – because for me, enjoying a drink after 18 holes is just as much a part of a great day of golf as holing the final putt.
